02反向电压与电容


1.测量方式

使用电缆将BPW-21连接到面包板,使用TH2821A手持LCR表测量结电容。

使用100kΩ施加反向电压。

3.结果分析

对比测试结果与手册中的数据,测量结果的数值明显偏大,这可能是由于测量时的引线中的电容引起的。

 

03光强与电压


1.测量条件

使用白色LED作为光源,通过电流采集电阻R1(5Ω)获得LED的电流。使用 SP-45ML 检测发送光强。

将SP-45ML与BPW-21放在一起,整个测量布局安装在黑色盒子内,进行光屏蔽。
